COVID-19

  • Do I need to have had my vaccination to attend?

We’re as excited as you are for summer to be back on the table – and we can’t wait to see you at Spike Island on 24th July. We’re working together with Halton Borough Council, Public Health England and all necessary agencies to ensure that the event is held safely.

As Boris has announced, proof of a negative test or vaccine status will not be required to gain entry to the festival, however – we do encourage you to test at home prior to the event and to go and get your vaccine if you’ve not already done so. You can order home testing kits from gov.uk. For those that use the NHS COVID-19 app, there will be QR codes available to check-in to the event, if you want to.

When you arrive at the site, you can take advantage of our ‘Fast Track’ entry lane, if you show us your NHS COVID Pass (contained in the NHS app).

  • Do I need to bring a face mask & socially distance?

We’d encourage you to bring a face mask, and use this when queueing on entry, at the bars or toilets. We’ll also have hand sanitiser stations around the site for you to use, and areas that you are able to socially distance if you want to.

Help us to help keep you safe.

Ticketing & entry

  • I can't find my ticket, what should I do?

It is likely that you bought your ticket directly from this website. If you did you were re-directed to Ticketline. Please search in your emails for Ticketline and you should find the tickets that will be valid for 24th July. Alternatively you may have bought from Ticketweb. If you are still struggling to find your tickets we’d suggest that you contact either Ticketline or Ticketweb customer services.

  • Do I need to print my ticket?

We can accept your ticket on your phone at the gate… however, if you’ve purchased multiple tickets for friends etc, and they are all on one PDF… we find it is easier to print these off or take screenshots and share them with your friends so you’ve all got one ticket each to show on your phone.

Scrolling through the tickets at the gate slows down your entry.
