Yes. NRTHN Love is strictly for persons 18 years and over.

'Challenge 25' basically means if you look under 25 you will be asked to prove you are at least 18 years old or more. Please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you buy alcohol. A legitimate form of identification must be produced to prove your age. Anyone failing to prove their age may be refused service and requested to leave the event.
The festival is predominantly a standing event only. We therefore do not allow people to bring their own chairs into the event as it would become a health and safety issue.
By car, coach, train, bus or taxi. Trains can arrive right next door to the event at Lea Green station and bus routes run close to the perimeter of the park. We also have a dedicated taxi drop off and collection point. See below for coach information.

We’re as excited as you are for summer to be back on the table – and we can’t wait to see you at Spike Island on 24th July. We’re working together with Halton Borough Council, Public Health England and all necessary agencies to ensure that the event is held safely.
As Boris has announced, proof of a negative test or vaccine status will not be required to gain entry to the festival, however – we do encourage you to test at home prior to the event and to go and get your vaccine if you’ve not already done so. You can order home testing kits from gov.uk. For those that use the NHS COVID-19 app, there will be QR codes available to check-in to the event, if you want to.
When you arrive at the site, you can take advantage of our ‘Fast Track’ entry lane, if you show us your NHS COVID Pass (contained in the NHS app).
We’d encourage you to bring a face mask, and use this when queueing on entry, at the bars or toilets. We’ll also have hand sanitiser stations around the site for you to use, and areas that you are able to socially distance if you want to.
Help us to help keep you safe.

We can accept your ticket on your phone at the gate… however, if you’ve purchased multiple tickets for friends etc, and they are all on one PDF… we find it is easier to print these off or take screenshots and share them with your friends so you’ve all got one ticket each to show on your phone.
Scrolling through the tickets at the gate slows down your entry.
